Julien Signès

President, CEO, co-Founder

Mr. Julien Signès is the President, CEO, and co-Founder of Envivio. He has been driving the strategy and execution of the company to take it from pre-revenue technology to the fastest growing company in the Digital Media technology space. Prior to Envivio, Mr. Signès was with France Telecom and Orange in Rennes, France, and San Francisco, focusing on new multimedia services and MPEG-4 technology and strategy. He actively participated in the ISO standardization process to develop the MPEG-4 standard. He has been awarded seven patents linked to his standardization work, and received distinctions from ISO and SPIE. Mr. Signès graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom, Paris, in Software and Electrical Engineering.


Erik Miller

Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned financial executive with over 20 years experience, Mr. Erik Miller has been the senior financial executive in many successful technology companies, having raised significant amounts of private equity and has listed two companies on the NASDAQ. He most recently served as CFO at SigNav Pty. Ltd and Tangler Pty. Ltd, both based in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Miller was previously CFO at BlueArc, Digital Persona, Meridian Data and Parallan Computers, the last two of which he guided through successful IPOs. He also held senior finance positions with Granger-Telettra and Virtual Microsystems. Mr. Miller has deep understanding of technology and in addition to his financial responsibilities has often had executive responsibility for IT, Manufacturing and Customer Service throughout his career.  He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

 

Kevin O’Keefe

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kevin O’Keefe brings extensive experience in scaling field operations at technology companies to support annual revenue in the hundreds of millions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Field Operations for MaxiScale, a cloud-scale file serving and storage platform solutions company. Mr. O'Keefe has also served in chief executive officer and senior vice president roles for technology firms including Stratus Computer, Diogenes, Nativeminds, and MineShare, as well as sales director for Sun Microsystems. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

 

Jean-Pierre Henot

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Jean-Pierre Henot brings over 20 years of experience in video compression and digital video transmission to his role as CTO at Envivio. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Henot worked for five years at Thomson/Grass Valley, where as VP Engineering he was responsible for developing a range of MPEG-2/MPEG-4 blade encoders that have been successfully deployed by major broadcasters worldwide. Before Thomson, he held a VP Marketing position at Wandel & Goltermann where he launched a digital TV test and monitoring product range. Mr. Henot began his career as research engineer with France Telecom where he was one of the initial members of the MPEG-2 standard committee, and subsequently managed early European video compression and digital terrestrial broadcast deployments. He has been an active member of numerous ISO, ITU and DVB standardization bodies and holds several patents in video compression and transmission.

 

Anne Lynch

Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Anne Lynch has extensive experience in providing global strategic Human Resources direction and leadership. Before joining Envivio she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Harmonic as well as the Directeur General of Harmonic Europe. Ms. Lynch has held senior level positions at Quantum Corporation including the Director of International Human Resources based from headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and at Schlumberger and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Ms. Lynch earned her BA with honors at Clarke University, completed graduate studies at Emory University and post graduate studies at L’Universite Paris-Sorbonne and Universidad de Madrid, and received an MA in Business Leadership and Ethics from St. Mary’s College of California.

 

Gianluca Rattazzi

Chairman

Mr. Gianluca Rattazzi was formerly the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of BlueArc, a network storage leader. Previously, he co-founded as its CEO Meridian Data, a pioneer and leader in network attached storage; P-COM, a telecom and communications equipment company; and Parallan Computers, an enterprise-class server company. Meridian Data, P-COM and Parallan Computers all achieved listings on NASDAQ/NMS. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rattazzi was president of Virtual Microsystems and held executive positions with Validec and Olivetti. He earned an MSEE and an MSCS from the University of California, Berkeley and a Doctorate in Physics from the University of Rome.
