Envivio to Deliver MPEG-4 Solution With HP

South San Francisco, Calif., September 18, 2002 -- Envivio, Inc., a leading provider of end-to-end MPEG-4 broadcast and streaming solutions, announced today that the company has entered into a co-marketing agreement with HP.

The agreement allows for the marketing, distribution and promotion of solutions combining HP’s global presence in hardware and services solutions with Envivio’s award-winning MPEG-4 software.
